Dave McMurray is a dedicated Muskoka Realtor serving Buyers, Sellers, and Investors across the region. Since moving from Toronto in 2001, Dave has built a life and a career rooted in the Muskoka landscape. His journey began in Milford Bay, where he owned and operated a property service business. This hands-on experience, followed by a successful career in custom-construction sales and estimation, provided Dave with an unrivaled understanding of the local market—from the ground up.
Known for having visited nearly every corner of Cottage Country, Dave’s expertise spans from Orillia to South River and Haliburton to Georgian Bay. He understands the grit of year-round Muskoka labor and the serenity of a well-deserved weekend at the lake.

In 2021, he launched The Muskoka Group, opening a dedicated team office in Bracebridge to elevate his client services. Backed by a vast network of local trades and professionals, Dave offers his clients a seamless experience from the first showing to the final closing.
Dave lives in Bracebridge with his wife, Lisa, and their two (now young adult) children. He is a deeply active member of his community and church, driven by a genuine love for people.
