Spring 2017 was a Real Estate roller coaster. Toronto and GTA bidding wars spilled over, rippled out and changed the way people are approaching purchase and sale of real estate in Southern and Central Ontario.
Spring 2018 is looking like even FEWER homes may be available to purchase in Muskoka than last year. Prices are still at all-time highs, and it's a great time to sell!
